R&D ACTIVITIES




Technobiochip carries out research activities in biology, biotechnology and electronics thanks to its highly professional researchers with different knowledge backgrounds in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, physics and engineering. The aim of the Company is to link basic research to the development of new devices and technologies with an industrial approach.

Both the Biological and the Electronic Units are involved in several international and national research projects.

The Biological researchers mainly work in bio-medical and agro-foods fields. They are also responsible for testing and validating commercial products.

The Electronic engineers mainly work on analog high precision and high stability amplifiers, oscillators for low Q quartzes, as well as on digital electronics, MCUs and programmable logics. They are also involved in the development of software applications for data acquisition and data analysis.

Technobiochip ’s researchers and engineers collaborate with Universities, Research Centres and international Companies to exploit and develop new significant ideas on biotechnology and sensing systems.
