Technobiochip is a Corporate Company with Limited Liability, founded to take part in both basic and industrial R&D activities in electronics, microelectronics, biology and biotechnology. Our core activities combine basic research, development and production of laboratory instruments.
The company has gained expertise in several areas of basic and industrial research like sensors, biomaterials, (bio)organic thin film deposition technologies (Langmuir-Blodgett films), multi-array systems for nucleic acids, proteomics, development of DNA-chip and protein-chip for diagnostic screening. Several universities, private companies and research institutes, national and international, work in collaboration with Technobiochip on joint programs, contracts and targeted actions.

Technobiochip product line includes one QCM device, mLibra, one EQCM device, PICOBALANCE, and LibraNOSE, an “electronic nose” based on a QCM sensor array and advanced data analysis software. Our services include Research for SMEs, Training, Device Integration and Customization.

Technobiochip is on the registry of Contract Research Laboratories of the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research and is certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 in the following fields of activity: basic and third-party research, prototype development, professional training related to research and HACCP consultancy.
